I am pretty sure Russia is supplying Trump with good intel too.

Internationally there is this prevailing opinion now: Vote buying in the 3rd world countries is far less sinister than vote switching as it was done in the US.

They are saying that at least 3rd world people know that they are selling their votes, but in the US it is a straight-up fraud when people's votes where switched without them knowing about it.
