Post traditional regions u know ab here and where they are. And also the original locations of gobol names, for example how trad Mudug only covers from Gaalkacyo and bacadweyn until Galadi or how trad Benaadir was only the ports of Baraawe, Marka, Mogadishu, Gendershe and Jasiira

Caduun: a large tract of land in the Northeast of Mudug to the border with Nugaal.
Golol: a straight and uniform land in Southcentral Mudug
Nugaal: a large valley which starts from Caynaba and ends in Eyl.
Doollo: 7 famous wells: Wardheer, Walwaal, Afyaraàddo, Garloogube, Yucub, Waafdhuug and Uubataale.
Goglo: a land between Garloogube and Qorahey.
Bannaan: a land with short scrubs between Haradoollo and Haraxagarrey.
Uurcaleed: a region south of AlMiskat mountains, Ufeyn is in the center of this country.
Iyax: a scrubland in the coastal region of Bari from Hafun down to just north of Eyl.
