Yeah I already knew this before. There is no place in Somalia where money is stored anywhere as a currency. They store their wealth in properties/livestock/products and goods, but not hard currency. Hard currency is a wealth also and it needs to be stored somewhere. We need to provide capital to our locals so they can inject cash into their start-ups. Locals hiring Locals is the scenario that will develop, Not diaspora and outside investment or remittance. No bank access for the population will only result in them being dependent on aid forever from the outside.

They will always wait for hand outs same goes for the government. That whole people will be a basket-case and this is the story you see unfold in Somalia. Their either waiting for remittance from the diaspora or the government is waiting for aid from charities and other countries. A pure basket-case of a nation.
