When foreigners stop funding terror orgs, assassinating or displacing anyone with a brain, constantly brain draining africa through immigration, stop stealing all of its resources, etc.
Japan simply had too few resources and too strategic a position in the world in the cold war to be left one.
So they were massively funded by america, allowed to profit off of the korean war, invested in heavily, and not exposed to any of the aforementioned issues africa had.
Places like libya that did too good were annihilated, ones that got a decent leader had them replaced.
If somalia didn't have its civil war extend by multiple invasions like '06, it would be on the way to making Muqdisho and other cities into modernized cities.
The Japanese are a different breed in intellect.

No way you are somali bro, a somali never thinks of themselves as racially inferior to asians.
Some are colonized when it come to arabs or whites, but no way has there been a somali who considers asians superior.

You are wrong. Intellect is influenced by both genetic and the ENVIRONMENT.

I will give you an analogy.
2 kids grew up in two different countries. One country prioritises sciences and mathematics above all Education and has strict prep schools. Kids go to school, come home and go to another school until 9 in the evening every single day.
Now you have country two which prioritises conflict, mismanagement and laziness. The kid who grows up in this environment thinks this is all normal and follows society. He finishes school at 4 and plays with his friends later that night every day.
Now who do you think will be successful?

You should be banned for clearly not being african at all, a real african would know their potential.
