I never tip workers it sets a bad precedent if they want a liveable wage then they should ask their boss for one.
I feel the same,
But the people working jobs like that definitely don't
Especially restaurant workers.
Better watch ur food.
I tip white servers between 15-25% depending on how attractive and kind they are. Servers with any kind of temperament at Asian restaurants get $5 no matter how large the bill is, up to $100. Everyone else gets zero.

I'm almost polar opposite from you. If it's a Somali establishment, a barbershop, getting into a cab or uber and the driver is Somali, guarantee 20% tip. Even if shit service.
Asian restaurants, more often than not I get shit service and don't like going to their places. It's a shame cause I really do enjoy sushi, korean and other asian foods.
There's a couple latino spots here in Edmonton, they showed love when I come and treat me like regular customer so I tip accordingly.
Cadaan establishment.....I literally come in with the expectation to get bare minimum service and to give 0 tips.
Funniest tip story I have was when me and a couple friends met up at iHop when it was new in town. We were 3, two of us were black (one non-somali) and the other was a chileno that passed for white. The chileno homie came joined in later. When it was me and other buddy we were getting shit service had to literally wave the b!tch down to get us refill on coffee/orange juice. Then the chileno homie joined, he came in a suit cause he worked as a car salesman. Service took an immediate 180 turn and the server was unrecognizable. We ran up the bill, shit went up to easily 150$.
Then it was time to pay, b!tch probably though the white looking homie was gonna pay and tip generously but it was my turn to foot the bill
I asked for the machine and told her i was paying the bill, when she came back, i looked at her dead in the eyes and asked her how much she thinks she deserves?
Then clicked 0 while making sure she saw what i clicked and i even stopped to look at her looking making sure she saw me seeing her that she aint getting shiiiiiiiiiite.
There was another time I asked my waitress if it was possible to only tip kitchen staff cause food was good but service was shite
