I don't know about "sentient" , but beings with intellect, I'm certain we the only one's (of course beside jinns & angels)
Fair enough but considering how much of a microcosm we are when compared to the vastness of the universe. I'd say its more likely that there are sentient beings out there. I mean if we exist, why not others?

*This is how the universe looked when it was young, (it took millions of years for that light which enables us to see this image to reach us ) humans don't yet have the technology to know how the universe looks now or even let's say a 1000 years ago..someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Crazy how far humanity has gotten.
It also trips me out how the light those galaxies are emitting is from million/billions of years ago and we won’t even know what they look like today due how long it takes light to travel vast distances.

One of the argument that supports the possibility of other live ,relies on the universe being infinite therefore having infinite possibilities.
The universe isn't infinite & that's why I don't think there's similar beings with intellect out there.
I mean earth is an exception to the entire universe, no other planet has the exact circumstances to produce life and you can clearly see that when u study astrology, obviously scientists speculate that a planet with water may be able to have life but so far we haven't been able to prove or observe any life other than ourselves,

Just as a comparison, this telescope effectively zoomed into an area the size of grain of sand. In that area it found uncountable amounts of galaxies.
We should note this is only 12 hour exposure. We can expect better images over the years. I have some friends using the data for their prospective PHD proposals.

Yeah but that's just in our milky way galaxy. Theres billions out there and if it happened once it can happen again I suppose. Even if there are aliens lets be honest it's best we dont know. Because if they can reach us or contact us there tech is wayyy more advanced. Not trying to get wiped out by aliens in this betch.
