The probability of his winning are greater, for 90+ of men are deemed colour-blind, and this shall set precedence, unless of course there had been already. I do not know about Maine, but his chance of winning would have been greater, had the case been heard in NY, or CA.

However, this is not his first case against United Airline, and the presiding judge might toss the case for his being habitual litigant.

He is not extortionist. He really has a disability. But he should not be flying planes tho-- accept your disability and move on! My boss also was fired- he was hired and immediately went into short term disability due to diabetes. They fired him now- because his condition has gone worst. Its unfortunate horrors of America and the Health system
