it doesnt have any meaning. basically trump tweeted "Despite the constant negative press covfefe" people on twitter went crazy trying to figure out what the word "covfefe" means. long story short trump is just a muppethead.

The Snake is the spokesperson for the goverment (Goverment bad and there = snake) and the mongoose is a part of the press and always tries to ask hard questions as he is the natural enemy of the snake
