Thinking of quitting my job

Late 20s pull in near six figures based in London. Gained a ton weight in the past year due to inactivity sitting at my desk for 10+ hours.was refused a pay increase by CEO earlier this year as well after negotiating hard, got some perks instead bonuses free lunch free travel.

I have a few contract remote jobs lined up thinking of moving to Indonesia. Heard there's loads of Somalis around this area haven't met any though. Have a few friends, decent network and some potential contracting jobs, businesses and plenty of savings already in the Malaysia,Indonesia Thailand area.

I feel I'm on the cusp of getting promoted at work max 1-2years and I'll be in a different tax bracket. What shall I do?
Take the jump/plunge, contract, build my business or stay at my job?

Only have like 21 days holiday and like 8 public holidays and I'm working hybrid so 3 days in the office. I could do all my work at home essentially I don't need to be in the office.

My co worker next to me has been eyeing up my job as well lmao he's about to sign for a 30 year mortgage.dude got married and wifey is pressing him for their own nest home.
