2. Dual government (tri- if you include SNM) followed shortly after by balkanization
3. Civil war

all I have to say is HSM messed up by creating strong mucaraad base only two years into his presidency.

There won't be a civil war and the bunker government will still operate while amisom is still here.

It all depends on donor countries if they had enough or not. If they pull funding the bunker government and all of the paper states will fall.
