Things I learned about Coffee Just now

Being the curious lad I am, I wanted to find out what is coffee chemically and what effects it has on our brains and personality if any. I was not disappointed with google. Here was the five take away from my little adventure on google about coffee:

- Women metabolize coffee slower than men. In six hours we eliminate the caffeine out of our system though women take longer to do that metabolically speaking.

- What makes the coffee bitter is the process of roasting with caffeine accounting for only 10% of the bitterness

- Caffeine increases fat burning during workout. It triggers your cells to release fat that is turned into fuel.

- Caffeine causes the brain to release dopamine

- Drug dealers use it as a filler to increase the bulk of cocaine

With this bit of info, I am drinking my coffee now with some knowledge of what it does for me and to me.

Raising my Cup to you folks ----- Cheers.

I only get along with Coffee people. Tea people are snitches and snakes. Cheers :denzelnigga:

You gave me an idea with your tea introduction. I am very disloyal since I dip in both depending of what time of day it is and with who I am. I drink tea at home cause people there favor tea and coffee outside and at work. Time to read about tea science.

Coffee has a laxative effect. I avoid it at all cost unless I am at home for the day

That is exclusive to you. Something about your body chemistry that reacts in a such a way to coffee. Similar effect milk has on me because I am lactose intolerant ashy-abdi. I intentionally buy chocolate milk to address bathroom issues when I go days without visiting there for number 2.

When i mentioned this to some geek at work, he looked at me puzzled and told me there is medication for it instead of using that for bathroom issues.

Sorry, I am a bit too unsophisticated with this talk. I got it out of the way so no more being crude with the human imperfections I promise.

I'm a coffee person also, I have an Italian caffertia that I use to brew my Ethiopian coffee...

I shall never drink or touch instant coffee again

Allah blessed us with beautiful women as somalis. I am in love with all of them.

I enjoy both coffee and tea (don't necessarily prefer one over the other) but I do have to have them black, no sugar! otherwise, I'll get sick!! is anyone else like that?

Dark roasted beans are horrible, it tastes burnt

Medium roast>>>>>

Also a quick tip - if you let ur expresso shot stand for more than a minute then it will turn bitter. Best to steam the milk first before extracting the expresso or drink it straight away if ur into that kind of suff
