First off, be secure in yourself and it won't bother you. Besides, they have their beauty standards and, assuming you live in the West, you have a different set of beauty standards, why would you give more value to their standards over your own?

Also, you don't need toxic people. Tell them you are healthy and strong alhumdillah and they need to stop saying that and you will tell them if and when you get sick. If they continue, give them the cold shoulder
