U don't gain anything federally from a state. Upper house is closed to 54. Lower parliament is 4.5. Noone is opening up upper house numbers. Their gonna force Khatumo to get it's portion from PL/SL 11 seats, which I suspect they will get 3 from each a whooping 6 and that's harti waqoyi portion not themselves only. I am personally against PL division but only support Khatumo as it's better option then disputed territory status, but I know the dangers that comes from division as witnessed with PL/JL.
