Rumour has that the new initiative has already met obstacles in some parts of the country due to the economical aspects of the new installments since it burdens the overall economy of the regional states.

Iran is MUCH more advance than it leads to believe. If poverty stricken North Korea can built ICBM, nuclear weapons, ballistic missile from a submarine and 3 stage solid SLV, imagine what a semi developed Iran has with more resources, more finance, greater educated population and better managed government? Pakistan was able to built a nuke in 97. Iran is a military powerhouse, don't let them tell you otherwise. Once they sanctions are fully removed and they have access to Russian and Chinese technology, which I already presume they do, you will see the real power of the Persians.
Occupy the middle east? these iranians could even capture tikrit without US airpower or capture aleppo with russian help
