The West Backs SFG To Centrally Manage Aid

This is quite madness by the West. Do they not see the following flaws in this careless decision.

1. PL is older then the SFG itself. The constitution isn't complete nor is the rule of law and institutions reliable and has no local or foreign confidence. Why carelessly demand PL aid be managed in Mogadishu? Why does anything need to be centralized anyways? how do u compete or compare performance without diversity?

2. The SFG can't even manage it's own aid as their high levels of corruption, by adding PL into it, your going to hurt PL who's role was supposed to be a model and example for Somalia.

3. Why are the international community in 'halane' shipping containers in Mogadishu? If the world shows a lack of confidence, why you demand PL to show any, why throw PL into such inferno?

4. PL only got 2% of Somali aid-loans-debt while the south took 90%. It's time aid is re-organized in a similar ratio in PL favor to address this historical injustice. PL ppl all built up Mogadishu at their own region expense sincee 1930 to 1991. Why does PL have to always to suffer in Somalia?

Deni govt hasn't presented PL case before the International community at all.

I hope the UN/West haven't been careless as their very unpredictable their policy front, a simple 'idiot' can get in their ear and change their stance without assessing all sides arguments and measuring it against their goals for Somalia.

SL role is about it's status/relationship with Somalia
PL role is to be a model/example for Somalia

By making this very un-wise decision will effect the whole purpose PL is built for.

Deni has tried everything, what are you talking about? He's boycotted FGS to stop this happening and yet IC went ahead with it.

On point 1 we will complete constitution by end of this year. In the coming parliamentary sitting.

BTW what it is it about the IC wanting a single entity they can deal with that you don't get? IMF doesn't want to loan money to the FGS and then see the FGS unable to pay it back because it doesn't fiscally control the country. When EAC strikes a trade deal with a foreign country, they want those tariffs to be implemented across Somalia by the FGS. When US signs a oil deal or minerals project they want that deal to be accountable to the FGS not a gazillion FMS
