Same, I was wondering who the author is and if he is a white guy where did he get his sources I'm not sure if the Somali clans were freely on the web like now.I already spotted genealogical errors in their clan tree.

That could probably be the case. This from second pageHmm, I think this stuff was funded by the Dutch government because around the late 2000s there was a big wave of Somali migrants coming to Europe (Al-Shabaab resurgence). People often claim their asylum request based on being an oppressed clan.
