The Start of Our Destruction and Cause of Somali Civil war

I do not align with either camp among the Somalis – neither the Judeo-Western Khawarij sympathizers nor the Siad Barre cult members. The truth is, the Judeo-Western Khawarij Rebels are the reason why you are now divided and at the bottom of the barrel with no weight to your name among the nations. This conspiracy was devised long before these deceivers and scoundrels could use the excuse of religion or even before Siad Barre ever stated that women and men are equal, rejecting that Quranic verse about inheritance. Thus, it was way before they could use the excuse of takfir.

The coup attempt began on July 21, 1972, when the rebel officers seized control of key government installations in Mogadishu. They declared themselves the "Free Somali Movement" However, the coup was quickly crushed by loyal security forces. Barre and his supporters were able to regain control of the country, and the rebel officers were forced to flee to Ethiopia.

Here are some of the key events of the coup attempt:

  • July 21, 1972: Rebel officers seize control of key government installations in Mogadishu.
  • July 22, 1972: Barre declares a state of emergency and calls for the rebel officers to surrender.
  • July 23, 1972: Loyal security forces crush the coup attempt.
  • July 24, 1972: Barre orders the arrest of thousands of suspected opponents.
  • 1973: The rebel officers flee to Ethiopia.
The failed coup attempt of 1972-1973 was a major turning point in Somalia's history. It weakened the country's stability and paved the way for the civil war that would engulf Somalia in the 1990s.

"These were not ulemas or men of religion. They were not executed because they were so or because of the civil status law. During the trial, we found out that eight of them could not read or write. We asked one of them to recite one verse of the Qur'an, but he could not. We asked one of them to perform ablutions, and he began by washing his left foot. One of them was not a Somali, etc." - Mohamed Siad Barre

"It was a counterrevolution disguising itself under the name of religion. The aim of this counterrevolution was to distort our image among the Arabs and Muslims. Those who made this clamour were part of the conspiracy from the beginning. We could have exposed them, we kept silent for stronger reasons and preferred to act patiently, because facts were to be revealed soon and our brethren and sincere friends would know that the issue was not one of religion or men of religion." - Mohamed Siad Barre

"There were two sheikhs among them and the rest were ordinary agents and subversives. We discovered that it was a wide-scale plan perpetrated abroad in accordance with specific moves and steps to take place after contacts with other bodies and organizations. There were attempts to infiltrate the armed forces and arouse its members. It was a general movement intended to topple the entire regime under the disguise of religion. It began from the mosques and moved to the streets. Its aim was to attract all forces in order to achieve its final goal." - Mohamed Siad Barre

Al-Imām Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H) stated: “There have not been a people who revolted against their ruler except that their condition after their rebellion was worse than before they rebelled.” (Minhāj As-Sunnah 3/231)

And your sources are MSB himself :drakekidding:
You're an imbecile, much like the rest of the ignorant folk, and it's no wonder backward thinkers like you deserve the state of affairs in the world today.

The simple reality, unknown to you and many other Somalis, is that the attempted coup, its failure, and the onset of the conspiracy are easily discoverable with a quick 2-minute search. I provided precise dates and details that even an AI would comprehend, highlighting the extent of unawareness.

Ladies and gentlemen, observe how the exposed hypocritical Khawarij sitter @hanif# and this ignorant individual run around in circles, attempting to divert attention with unrelated topics in a thread based on factual information.

@hanif#, I am aware that you are from the clan of Judeo-Khawarij munafiqs, who, as the Prophet promised, are now the dogs of hellfire—though you may be in denial. You questioned the legitimacy of the 1972-1973 coup, accusing me of making it up. However, I provided you with proof, complete with dates and a timeline.

Thank you; I feel content knowing that the facts, supported by sources, dates, and a timeline, are all there. There's no room for denial, so all you can do is cope with your sarcasm and irrelevant slander.

The ignorant and Khawarij sympathizers are like branches of the same tree, explaining why the Somali people find themselves in a state of disarray today—lacking unity and centralized authority. The offspring of this tree seems to be comprised of backward thinkers and deviant sympathizers.

The problem is our qabyaalad/qabiil society we just need an Islamic Emirate or a Genghis Khan or Japan was like us a guy took in charge and eradicated tribalism today Japan has the third biggest GDP in the world.

What were the reasons / causes of the:
  • 1969 coup
  • 1972 execution of 3 Sr military officers
  • 1975 execution of Culamaa
  • 1978 attempted coup

Explain 1969, please.
"The 1969 Somali coup d'état was the bloodless takeover of Somalia's government on 21 October 1969 by military officers of the Supreme Revolutionary Council led by Siad Barre. Somali troops supported by tanks under the command of Barre stormed Mogadishu and seized key government buildings and ordered the resignation of the country's leaders. The coup deposed President Sheikh Mukhtar Mohamed Hussein and Prime Minister Mohammad Egal and led to the twenty-one year long military rule by Barre and the imposition of an authoritarian government in Somalia until 1991.[1]"

This is nothing more than a bloodless and willingly submitted takeover. It should never be compared to the numerous failed, barbaric, and bloodthirsty Khawarij Judea-Western backed rebels who aimed to achieve their goals through violence and succeeded.

In 1972, officers took part in the coup that I mentioned, and from then onwards, Siad Barre was aware of the conspiracy. His paranoia of rebels and Judeo-Western scheming for his and Somalia's demise grew.

Uh...Abdirashid Shermarke died by assassination. Surely, it didn't result in mass deaths, hence it is bloodless coup but nevertheless it can be argued as Khawarij act. Some will say that it caused Somali civil war eventually as the coup gave Siad Barre fully authority to control Somali government. My opinion? I believe it was Soviet's act aka KGB's subverison.

Note: Never ally with communists.

Why couldn't somalis not just submit to a centralised authority, we could have been like algeria economically. I'm just curious what did they expect to get out of it? Apart from chaos and polarisation
