@Farm Equipment The current crisis is caused because everyone wants to be the king. Everyone wants to be treated as THE president. That is now way to run a country.

You can not compare the decentralisation of Norway with Somalia. First of all Norway is way more developed. Less needs to be done. That is why a buttom up approach can work in Norway.

We need a top down approach to rebuild our country. You should want to compare Somalia to China. China has developed so fast in a short time because of a top down government.
