Dont drink soy or oak milk it's actually bad for you. I've noticed when I used to get coffee with cream it would make me shit fast. So one day I requested for them to leave the creamer on the side. The label on the creamer said it was soy milk. From that day forth I stop adding creamer but bring my own milk for home to add in all my coffee. All my stomach issues stop from then on.

Why don't you get stomach enzymes donated by a relative? You can get that request done by the doctor. After this you start drinking milk once again
