Caaqil Axmed Hoolif is the overall Caaqil of Jaamac Siyaad who are pro Somaliland.

The Caaqil said the men with Somaliland are basically mercenaries on payroll who do not represent his clan.

He reiterated that Somaliland is forcing their agenda on SSC but that the people are pro Somalia and preserving its unity as one nation.

He called upon Puntland and Daarood to rescue them from Somaliland hijack of his people and land.
