We wonder why people are so sad and depressed. Then we make them work 8 hours a day, while commuting 1-2 hours a day just for 3 hours of free time.

5 out of 7 days in a week, the most free time you will ever get is 3 hours, which really becomes 2 hours or less after completing the chores you have to do.

I hope in my career, work becomes only monday to friday. 3 days off, 4 days on would be amazing.

Go into software many companies nowadays do 4 day work weeks. The company I work for just permanently moved to 4 day work weeks.
