Almost all African heads of state have been and are Agents, put in power by foreign intelligence Agencies. To serve their geopolitical interests, so they can keep their hands clean to preach about human rights.
2 good examples today are Kagame of Rwanda and Museveni of Uganda, who’s time is up.
