Idk we’ve seen too many of these type of projects fail in the Middle East.

I can probably list a dozen in the UAE alone.

In the West, they have to finish a project because they put so much money in. Whereas in the Arab world, if the going gets tough, they’ll just walk away from the project.

Money isn’t an object to them.

The Line costs more to build than it will generate in income for ages. KSA also barely charges taxes so they can’t even use that to generate revenue.
