The Khatumo State Conference Begins

I hope Khatumo creates an Interim Govt with a 'Charter' so their is no isgabgabsi later or extensions. The interim govt must complete it's job of removing all SL thugs from SSC. Let's remember we must not allow the president to play games by 'extending' the SL conflict so he can stay in power.
The isimo and elites need time to conduct state craft, constitution, powersharing, revenue/taxation sharing, and many other contentious issues about Khatumo status and it's role in Somalia federation and the purpose and goals behinds the state.
Since Khatumo 'broke' off from PL who has 'special' status in the SFG and PL constitution, Khatumo doesn't need to 'fall' under the 'constitution' technically and can remain 'independent' observor while enjoying it's autonomy.
Lets build a Khatumo that triggers a 'race' in the North. Dhulbahante Must Play the 'example' role for the North like PL has for the South.

I’m not invested in this. I was just being a reporter like usual. SL vs SSC is not my priority, neither is going to change much and it’ll be a stalemate from now.
