habar gidir are registering: full name, DOB, telephone number, gobol, degmo, sub-clan, sub-sub-clan (laf), 1st fingerprint, 2nd fingerprint, photo, ID/passport for all its members

after registration, the machine prints a receipt verifying the individual has been successfully registered

lastly, the machines can only be operated by authorized individuals
