The government are incompetent and sell there nation for 5$ to any foreigner. The people are obsessed with western nations and the brain drain is getting so bad soon more Ethiopian doctors will be in los angles than in Ethiopia
Africa will always be exploited it’s resources are critical in this technological age and has many of the choke points in global trade located there
If you want to be a superpower like china or America you will have to plunder Africa of cobalt and other minerals and make sure a Gaddafi does not rise
The CCP is not like the ones who came before them they have global ambitions and don’t care about UN or international laws although there much more subtle in there influence over nations using economic power rather than military power Basicly doing the same thing America is doiong to the rest of the westI've heard that theory may have some truth especially in the 20th century.
But I think China isn't using the western play book to keep its natural resource continent in a unsustainable aid or a war zone.
I doubt it bro they don't do political interference whether financially or proxies and respect the UN charter of nations political sovereignty.
From what I gathered they want to expand markets and that means seeing other countries rise which is something real investors want even some in America(Africa trade zone) but their handicapped by their foreign policy.
I doubt China is using a play book they saw its outcome plus its very anti Chinese values anyways(win win).

China wants foreign markets to invest in whether or not they’ll pick Latin America over Africa is still in question
