Habesh hate the guy but he’s probably one of the main reasons why Ethiopia still exists, reading up he was way more of a secular modernist who wanted to make Ethiopia into a nation state akin to Europe than anyone else. He even killed some of his compatriots that argued for a more decentralised country where ethnic identities would be accepted.
