I am not sure Why in democratic countries they waste their time on 'funding' and backing the guy with the strongest camp in his party and over-all nation, yes that makes sense, but Isn't it a better strategy to 'back' the weakest candidate in the opposing party, at least u cause division or possibly a 'split' if the horse u backed wins the party nomination, plus u know already such candidate stands no chance anyways in direct election.

Example. GOP shud bank-roll Bernie who is 'far' left, he will cause a-lot of division in the ranks of democrats or he may even split the party and create a new one and effecting the party over-all voter base leading to a republican landslide.

Same with Democrats, shouldn't they back 'desantis' cuz they know trump will be rattled if he doesnt win n will create a new party 'maga' and cause their voter base to crumble for a landslide democrat win.

Obviously the party needs to do this on the down-low with their backed horse in the opposing party. The govt of the day, shud also get 'dirt' on the candidate they don't want to win, they have all the institutions plus im pretty sure they named their 'party' members to run it also.

PL shud create a 'pro region camp' from 4.5 parliament. Run Darod N Hawiye backed horse, let who-ever secures the most vote concede to the other and combine. But it's critical we create an anti-hamar coalition, promising non hamar clans the power n investment is going towards the regions 'equally' and mogadishu will be sidelined.

Each clan then presents their project demands to the coalition of regions candidate. We cud secure Hawadle/Rahanwayn possibly HG/Murusade in my opinion. We share a common goal our regions, their no reason abgaal should even be relevant, clan politics is the only reason their alive in my opinion.

We must set some sort of 'law' u can't be capital n run for the two highest post, u will also recieve less 'quota' in ministries. Abgaals should be sidelined completely. But this opens up HG and that won't send a good message globally, when they know full well that clan's track record. I think it's best to allow Dir take the quota portion from HAG, it addresses their 1960 power-sharing issue.

With 1 man vote i truely dont see how clan politics will fan out. A politician who represent the non vocal clans excluding MJ,OG,HG and Abgaal will easily win considering there’s alot quiet ”wadaniis” in the 4 clans i mentioned who dont really gain much from clan politics after all majority people back home are poor.

There should be no ”quota” if a clan is not able to produce an intelligent and qualified person they should just sit back.

I'm pretty sure HG is going to get AG to stay with them and use the HAG + Hawiye only narrative as for OG, I don't know whether they will stick with HSM because of Hamza, that could be a wild card. Perhaps if HSM gives them a good promise on positions for Daarod qouta.

UPD won a lot of seats in JL and those will be re-elected, inshallah even more this time with the Deni Madoobe split.
