This is our biggest problem for everything. Money solves many problems the FGS faces. They have no external budget where the President can say we’ll use it on this. The current foreign funded budget is mostly tied up for salaries or NGO projects.

We really need to start taxing properly or at least produce something

i disagree. we all suffer from these sanctions that was imposed in 1992. Lifting the arms embargo will open the door for every Somali region to buy tanks from Ethiopia and Yemen including us. We purchased tikniko from Ethiopia this month for Hiiraan State. We will be able to buy tanks from Ethiopia
