About time. This whole charade of cutting off aid for politics needs to be left in the past. All it does is affect people that have nothing to do with the issues.
and make people hate the federal government. Want as little to do with them as possible now.
There has to be better solution than cutting off aid. But FMS are a problem in return, they can stop the whole progress of a country out of xassidnimo. The FGS president is useless, we need some other body that does the UN’s job of meeting the leaders, backed by our military.

We've seen what happens when we cede power, they try use it over your head and try to economically cripple you. Nobody wanted Hassan. PL were warned not to and still voted for him. For a small bribe price of 6mil deni poured his votes into Hassan, then gets immediately betrayed and doesn’t even get the money he was promised.What xassidnimo have we done? PL is fighting the good fight right now, safeguarding the 2012 constitution, so they get a pass. What somalia has currently is not federalization.

Good move by the speaker. Puntland has never clarified how it distributes development spending. Inequality in how aid & spending are distributed are terrible. Spending should be based on need not on politics.
Farmaajo was the other option, what did he bring us? Nothing. It was better to take that gamble than to have another 5yrs of farmaajo that would basically do the same shit.

Honestly all these FMS need to go. If this goes either way it’ll be great. It’s ok if Hassan goes back to tent, or it’s also fine if PL can no longer afford to stay isolated due to oil money. As even SSC will be richer than them when the oil money arrives. Both outcomes have benefits, first option is a dictator gone and the second one is a roadblock gone.
Give me the sources for all the "deals" Puntland signed off on and then refused to implement. You make it seem like there was no legit disagreement. I'd like to read them myself and why puntland refused.

The oil sharing agreement which is a fair deal signed by Cali Gaas, then later given opposition by deni in 2020 and currently in Hassan’s term, even then it will still be used.
there’s also the baidoa agreement which the UN talks about in #3 of the second image. PL disagreed with this one later disagreed with this one so that PL could get more out of it. The FGS already did all they could towards pleasing PL and they were still disagreeing, this is just being a spoiler.
Right now they are justified as they only want the 2012 constitution updated after PL grew tired of all the ring around a rosy with farmaajo. So my question to you is, how can FMS leaders be held accountable for things they sign, right now it’s entertainment seeing all this happen to the former NGO who’s corrupt HSM, but it could easily deter a good president too which is the issue.

The speaker of the PL parliament was recently travelling around Sanaag and Haylaan regions and he had big welcome. They should receive there projects.
