So I couldn’t miss that Monday that I was coming back walahi. An email came through this week saying “mandatory meeting”.

I was beyond pissed

So I called Expedia and told them “I’m a long time customer of y’alls. I’ve spent $34k the past 3 years booking with you guys. I’ve booked the wrong dates. My family’s wedding is on the following week”. These people refused to budge. Again and again they repeated “this is an economy ticket. Non-refundable “.
I called back 3 times.
Finally I called back with an epic excuse

Walahi I said “I booked a flight this coming weekend to MSP. My state just declared an state of emergency in regards to the Coronavirus and I’m afraid my state would go on a lockdown. Therefore I want to postpone my flight”.
