HG are sending each other reinforcement why don’t the useless Reer Diini send reinforcement to Wagardhac? Why are they watching from sidelines?

I don't know why PL doesn't join helping Wagardhac. It makes sense strategically. Hawiye largest soldier base are 'petty farmers' this is an 'edge' we can use like HG used on the south. We cud shift them all below beletwayn and make em farmers and forever 'weakened' soldiers due to conditions. But nope no-one sees Dr Osman Vision.
