Those electricity wires and very densely populated city with many markets so it seems like it happens more often and whenever they catch fire it spreads.

Most of the time it is not the electricity company but tuugo that steal from them by adding an illegal line then selling it to others. Without the knowledge of the company.

Those lines are low quality and very dangerous.
