I don't think there will be a war Puntland in general does not go to war and is always the last option. That's why security takes up a smaller percentage of our budget. The budget is spent on health, education and local institutions. That has translated into better figures than for example Somaliland in GDP per capita but also in well being. Here is a graph from the World Bank

That's politicians with their usual reactionary opinions they do that to appease popular sentiment however it is counter productive when there are easier options especially because history has shown us there is a better way to deal with it. There's a love for life in Puntland and a hunger for development only an existential crisis would lead to war we know desperate when we see it.
