State Minister of Foreign Affairs Cali Balcad is sure arms embargo will be lifted later this year. 3,000 ATMIS in Sept, then 5,000 April 2024 to leave. 18,500 ATMIS were in the country before this months pull out so plan is to have in April 2024 8,500 ATMIS.
