You'll have to ease into that but our system is relaxed but so is Saudi, Qatar, Malaysia and Indonesia. All of which have sharia as the state law system in their constitution. I think the issue comes when we make a spectical out of punishment. Like flogging doesn't need to be done in public, as long as it's carried out it's adhering to sharia.

I am told the Sheikh was referring to settling civil disputes with Islamic law which I believe de facto happens in Somali areas anyway. Some Diasporas youths took this to mean SSC is going to become an “Islamic state” lol.
