I think somaliland should participate in the new change thats happening in somali politics and try to get involved to get their share of the pie, because if they keep isolating themself, they will just become vocieless and useless when all the instutionen building/constitution building/ resourcesharing etc gets in place.
Thats just my thought.

isn't mamul=administration and dawlad = government. A Maamul is some sort of lower administrations such as councils, mayor, governor, where-as a dawlad or government is like a country. PL was referred to as a country where-as SL was referred to as a council. I guess that speaks volumes that the SFG views Puntland vastly superior to Somaliland.

In a Federal system you can use Admin or Government for states, its cute you see a silver lining in how the SFG refers to you kkkk
