I think he is here to beg President Deni for Raxanweyn representation in Puntland. I believe Lafta Garen asked for the same a few months ago.

It's funny that they think that their entitled to government positions in a region where they've brought nothing but terror and death. We haven't forgotten their unprovoked atrocities against us in 1991 either. The only connection we've ever had with these people since we first made contact is their knife in our back.

All that being said, I would be willing to negotiate something with them if they could give us fertile land, a stake in their port, and vice president position in South West State but all of that is worthless in a region that holds Al Shabaab's capital.
Until they secure their borders, they have nothing to offer us and we have nothing to talk about.
