Much of California can't soak up another drop of rain. Yet the state is getting pummeled again with torrential downpours and ferocious winds, causing power outages and treacherous travel conditions.
America's weather amazes me. Few days ago in the midwest, it was snowstorms and snow emergency. And now in Southern California is heavy rainfall and floods. Wallahi, Allah amazes me on the diversity of weather in one country.
