Puntland is currently visiting Baydhabo, maybe they can get a 'lessons learned' about this project and see if it's viable for PL cities, especially as lane-ways in the neighborhoods or where a road cannot be built.

I personally prefer bricks rather then cobblestone as brick looks far more 'asthetically pleasing'.
