War crimes are still being committed by both sides.

The intensity of the war has winded down considerably since 2018 -- especially between the 'Government' and the largest rebel group.

There are still some (small) holdout groups that haven't signed up to the peace Agreement, so we haven't achieved full spectrum peace -- and I wouldn't put it past those morons in Juba to resume the war.
