I have worked in a business and had to write the reports. So i know the nature of it enough and it's true most start ups fail because they don't want to grow slowly, connecting with their consumers and employees and lack of understanding for their target market . They start a business in hopes of getting rich quickly

yes but thats not jsut one variable, its a variety of variables, plus slowly growing business comes at the cost of ur own pockets u may even be poor for 5-6 years b4 u make good enough income, its easier sed than done

Yeah there are different factors for why startups fail but i was speaking t to this particular case that instead of getting rich quickly and CEO's enriching themselves they instead invest the money back into the company and grow the company at a slower pace, it will less likely fail or go into bankruptcy as a result.

If you watched the Shimbiris showed the company was failing until that CEO made reforms and now it's more successful.
