Somalis pissed they got parking ticket.

Just passed by Karmel mall. The dumb dudes and women are getting $46 tickets for parking on bridge. One was saying to the Somali parking patrol guy "Youz for ticketing me". Lol i live across Karmel so get a kick off seeing angry Somalis after they find out they got tickets.

Instead of parking inside and paying $1. They get $46 ticket. City of Minneapolis hired Somali parking enforcement and the Somali parking guy enjoys ticketing them lol.

They can fight it in court and tell the judge "this is racist". In Minneapolis, I can see it working and they won't pay a dime.
