I always wanted to stop building for size when I came to where peak athletic performance stops and body mass start to weigh on movement inefficiencies, stop for mass when looking the best. I always tell my gym-going friends that are frankly growing too large becoming a body-builder is pure nonsense. You get an action figure rigidity and your quality of life is not rising. It's like people forget their objectives and get absorbed in the body-building process like eating disorders or people who have dysmorphic body perception and a newfound narcissism builds in the mind. It becomes like a disease. It's best to have a mental check and know where the size limit is while at the same time striving to be healthy and good.anyone can achieve this brad pitt physique doesnt matter how bad ur genetics are

and tbh there isn’t much benefit getting bigger than this, this is ideal for 99 % of women. only a minority of women like those massive gymrat physiques.

I’m a beginner who’s been gymcelling a few months before ramadan and coming back, to hit those stats I’d need to gain 30lbs muscle mass which takes 3-4 years aka soft cap natty for me.Nah this is achievable for around 95 % of people within 1-2 years. 6 ft 180 lb and low body fat. That’s basically my physique.

You are right, bad example. Tyreek hill, a genetic freak who is within the 000,1 percentile of genetics in the world. If you are in the NFL you are automatically in that percentile.I doubt there are somali guys walking around looking like tyreek hil
Exactly I usually see Somali guys at my gym with this body or thin. Athletic probably suits us.

Yeah it depends on your body type. People say men nowadays witness way too many beautiful women in a lifetime which is true but the same applies to women. That's probably the natural limit for most people. If that. Muscle building isn't the be-all and end-all. You could probably look way better than someone who has more overall muscle mass if your insertions are better, that's where your genetics play a huge role. It's a misconception that you could become a gymrat who's "too big" without getting on the gear sxb. Besides, most of these actors shred down to sub 12% bodyfat only for a short period of time. Maintaining a low bodyfat year round is a fucking nightmare![]()
