Just drive through Mpls on a regular day a lot of Somali drivers have smashed up vehicles.

That's actually a pretty mild complaint. They have been making off handed complaints about ethnic minority drivers for many years, most of the time its not even directed at Somalis , its usually Asians that get a bad rep for it.

But if you search ST Cloud bad rivers, all the examples are just White Americans
