During the Indian h1b fiasco they were arguing with techbros and trying to dissuade them from hiring immigrants and trying to influence immigration policy (not that this helped as companies continue to hire h1b workers lol). When a latino irritates them, they can simply contact ICE but they can’t do anything like that with us.

The ICE twitter account posts deportation mugshots to try and reassure republicans that they’re actually carrying out deportations but despite this trump is still on track to deport less people than his dem predecessors. There’s a reason why they stopped posting a tracker showing how many people they were deporting daily/weekly and started posting mugshots instead. Their supporters were arguing in the replies and saying the numbers were too low. I wouldn’t take the words of people who can’t even deport illegals seriously.

So much of their anger comes from their lack of power; less than a hundred years ago they were committing horrific atrocities against minorities and now the best they can do is call you a slur on the internet.
