Khat is first of all not as bad as other drug, alcohol being a lot
Worse than khat.
I'd even say Khat and coffee is on the same level, coffee is also addictive, and has withdrawal effects if not consumed.
If a somali country came together, i'd think they'd fail horribly of ever tried to ban khat, i think its time to stop demonize khat and accept it as a part of our culture, as a social stimulant.

I actually think soldiers should be chewing, chewing makes you more focused, determined, and more aggressive.
