If only all the burco hospitals came togther and funded a large hospital just off the center of burco, $30 million instead of 10 hosptials spending $3 million each

Thats not a good idea sxb
1.) only one big hospital means everyone will be going there,so it will be crowded, noisy and stressfull for the stuff
2.)It will create traffic making it harder for people to reach it
3.)hospital should be many and wide spread for easy access to every one,

Big hospital in the center should be for advance treatments only

their should be hospitals in every districts of somaliland then gp/polyclinics in the sub districts.

Like in the london a borough has one main hospital, then polyclinics then smaller gps.

Ghana just built a $300 million dollar hostpital in accra, i know somaliland can't afford it but jsut budgeting for a national health insurance scheme could be the first steps. Even charge hotel builders a fee they have to pay to the health service and other services.

It's a good step forward the problem with Somalia is that they have lots of "hospitals" but nobody is able to run them... There's a shortage of doctors and nurses so people seek medical expertise in Kenya and UAE.
