Somaliland to Mark Tree Planting Day on 15th April Annually

The president H.E Musa Bihi Abdi has announced the commencement of an annual tree planting day.
The head of state made the announcement through a presidential decree sent to Somalilandsun by the presidential press services.
The directive number RSL/XM/WM/222-79/42018 explicitly stated that the ministry of rural and environmental development to cooperate with local and international NGOs to see that 15th April every year is marked as a day for planting trees.
The president instructed all regional governors and district commissioners to make sure that trees are planted in there area of jurisdiction.
The head of state stated importance of afforestation in the country which he said had lost most of its forest cover. He went on to urge all and sundry to participate in this important national endeavor.

If there is a water shortage who gets water tree or human...?

Hopefully they plant beautiful Acasia trees

If there is a water shortage who gets water tree or human...?
Trees have deep roots they get their water from rain and also their roots,when desperate as they can tap into aquifers and underground water sources that humans cannot reach. The only problem is that they need to plant them far from each other to prevent competition and the killing of native tree species.
