In geeljire society , when an entire clan are your uncles and aunties , of course there ought to be few famous ones. for an example, I have quite a lot of famous "uncles " if you ask me .

you beat me to this. It's a phenomenon widely practiced in the third world called
"Seeking Happiness From Other People's Success"
very rare in cadaans, almost non-existent. That's why u see a whole tribe chimping out and sometimes go to a war because their clan member was chosen a ministerial portfolio they don't favor as is that supposed to be their cash cow agency.
